Best service ever!

I bought a pair of Tsonga boots at Cape Union Mart, Tygervalley more than two years ago. About three weeks ago I discovered that the soles were cracked and obviously not having the slip anymore, I could not return them. Being the best boots ever and being in such a good condition, I could not throw them away. I contacted Lauren at Tsonga asking where I could have the soles replaced. Lauren said I could post them off to her and they will fix it free of charge. I couriered them off on 26/06 and got them back, looking brand new, delivered to my door on 15/07.

I am so impressed with Tsonga, that I have decided to buy myself a pair of black boots too!
