Pay for 3 pairs of shoes, but only one pair arrive

I ordered 3 pairs of shoes from Solo shoes on 5 December 2013. I emailed them twice to find out when my order will be posted since I received an email saying that once the parcel is shipped, a tracking number will be sent to me. I did not receive a reply on either emails. Today, 13 December, one pair of shoes arrive, but the other 2 pairs are missing in action. I phoned the number on the bill from the courier and the lady informed me that she only had that pair in stock and that I must speak to Yaseen from head office for further assistance. This person did not pick up the phone. If only they would keep me informed as to what is happening with the order, but I have no idea what is going on. I do not know what to do since these people owe me R367, 50 for a refund or the missing pairs of shoes. Please help!
