Still waiting for my money to be reversed!!

I cant believe the service I have been getting from Mr Price at the The Glen shopping center, I am disgusted by the way I have been treated, I went to the store on the 07/07/2013 and made a pkurchase only hfor the transaction to be declined yet R369 times two was taken off my account, I spoke to the manager that was there that day and i was told it would reverse in 48 hours, 48 hours passed nothing was reversed than I went back on tuesday i was told they will contact me and still nothing, went back on thursday I was told it would be reversed during the weekend but still nothing. I called today only to promised to be called after an hour this was 11:00 and nothing again. MR PRICE service has shocked me as i see they dont care about the consumer and their need.all I want is my money back and Im sick and tired of asking for whats mine. NEVER BUYING THERE AGAIN
