Eversal due

On the 29th of November 2013 - i made a purchase at Mr Price home in promenade - while making payment with my cheque card payment 1st declined and it was rang again and successful on the 2nd time.
when i left the store i then received 2 sms notifications from my bank with differebt balances . i immediately went back to the store advising them of this and they looked at me like i was crazy and told me that it will be reversed and to return if it wasnt . the weekend after i returned with a bank statement printed online where i as advised that i should bring a statement from the bank and not online . i obviously told them it wouldnt make any difference . anyway the last communication i received from mr price home was on the 11th of December where i was forwarded something from their bank saying that they are trying to reverse it and i should speak to the my bank. spoke to my bank and they say it would take 45 working days for them to do it and that Mr price should be able to just reverse the funds.
i mailed back advising of this and no-one has taken the time to get back to me or even reverse my money back into my card.
