PROMOTIONAL ITEM NOT INCLUDED

I ordered a few different products fromt he Home and Living, Progressive line, to the tune of R500 . There was a promotion on whereby you receive a free Masterchef book when spending R200 or more on progressive cookware. When I placed the order, I noticed the promotional item did not appear on my order slip, so I contacted Kalahari who advised that although it may not be on the order slip, it will be included when packed. My parcel then arrived and BIG SURPRISE, the promotional item was not included. I emailed for some feedback which I am still awaiting for. I would of understood a simple error BUT the fact that I actually queried the specific item and then it doesnt arrive after my query, is infuriating. I would like either the book to be delivered by Tuesday 9th July or to be issued a voucher for the value of the promotional item.
