Over 8 weeks and getting no where

I was given an Mspa as a present in February 2013, I used the unit once or twice and started experiencing warming problems. After a technician came out (4 weeks after requested via email) I am still waiting for the replacement unit as promised by their field technician, George (I think his name was). This has been going on in excess of 8 weeks and I am appalled at the service / lack there of.

All that seems to happen is an email is sent from Garreth to a Thenius, which there are no replies, if you are lucky to get cc'd in at all. I have contacted the company weekly to receive no service what so ever and undoubtedly one of the worst companies I have dealt with to date. I am so appalled I rather get a refund than potentially having to deal with this outfit again This has been going on for 8 weeks and I am no further to solving the problem.

Not happy at all!!! I too note that there is more than one complaint directed at this company. Here is to hoping for some sort of service. Please if someone could contact me and make arrangements and not pass the buck.
