I lodged a complaint via email to Sadhna on 2013/07/05 regarding a problem with the tracker on my car as the tracking company DQ Track called me almost every week for the past few months about them picking up problems. They promised that they would send a technician out to check the unit but until I complained to my broker a few days ago and only then did someone call. I requested that Sadhna attend to my complaint and she in turn forwarded my complaint to the manager of the tracking company. I specifically asked her to provide me with a name for someone at the tracking company if she was unable to address my concern and I am still waiting for feedback. She has not replied to my email as yet. I also asked her to take action against one of their call centre agents who promised to get back to me who failed to do so and she did not respond to that either.
