On the 9th Of August 2013 I bought a MegaMaster 1000 Plasma at Builders Warehouse Gezina and upon installation i found that there was a problem with the heat resistant paint on the 10th of August I did phone and report the problem and had to phone back on Monday because of the long weekend, on 12 August later during the day I spoke to Garreth and did explain my problem and by Wednesday I received a replacement Unit, I want to take this opportunity to personally Thank Garreth for his Excellent Service and Customer Support I wish i can receive support like his everywhere in SA we need more people like you in customer support, Thank you!!!
