False advertisement

A 1kg of kellogs corn flakes was advertised as 39.99 but when I got to the till the lady at the till was very rude and told me she wasn't gonna give it to me for that price. I informed her that if its advertised for that price it must be sold for the price advertised. I asked to see the manager and explained to him what is the problem.very rudely he told me it was part of a special and that the free milk would only arrive the afternoon. I informed him that it was false advertising and instructed him to remove the products and signs immediately.
