Wrong Price Again and they don't care

I went to pick n pay to get beans but at the till i saw a very nice waterbottle advertised for 24.99. when they rang it up it was 59.99.
this is not the first time i have been to pick n pay when the price advertised and rung is not the same. and the worst part is they have a promise to customers that if the price rung up and advertised is not the same then you get the price which is advertised.

this is also not the first time that promise was not honoured.

i didn't expect it to be either.

but i did expect a little bit of apology from the staff and management. except the till lady who was not wearing a name tag when i told he this was wrong told me that it was right and the manager who came to void the purchase didn't even speak to me, in fact plain out ignored me. clearly they have not a care in a world for their customers.
