Incorrect info on website

Tried to purchase item nr 00594155 online. Despite website saying in stock I could not order. Phoned online shopping number and spoke to Fiona who said it is in stock and should try again. Phoned again and spoke to Audrey (I think). Told me she would check and call me back - no phone call. Next morning item is not on website anymore, completely gone. Received absolutely no feedback and no real sincere apologie. No suggestion by Dion Wired that they would try and source, make a plan etc.
