I bought a Tempo watch on the 1st of March 2013 for my wife's birthday.
Now a couple of months down the line one of the cubic stones on the face of the watch came loose and got lost. This now needs to be replaced. This is where the bad service starts!

Upon returning the watch which is under warranty (bad workmanship), I was advised that I would have to pay for the repairs. How can a customer be billed for substandard workmanship?? The store manager said that even after 7 days the cubic stones can come loose. If this is the case a notice needs to be placed in the display warning customers of bad quality in advance.

I want the item repaired with assurance that there won't be any further issues relating to the cubic stones, or the watch replaced.

Customers can not be held liable for bad service or substandard workmanship!
