Bad service

Took my dishwasher in for repairs in february since i have heard nothing i must go there to find out whats the progress unexceptable!!! I now after 6 months of waiting have to pay the repair before they will fix it no way no business opperates this way!!! VERY BAD untill now i had not had 1call from them even though it was put onto hello peter by my husband before. They have got no customer service!! Makro vaal very disappointing!!! I will have no futher choice but to take this matter further as management are also not worth anything at makro vaal!!!
