After complaining about my Defy washing machine that was not working, Makro arranged for it to be picked up and replaced within just a few hours. Thanks to Jacques who knows what customer service is, he really went out of his way. I am very impressed with this service and will definitely support them again, matter of fact my husband is there now to do some shopping. Thank you Jacques.
