I sent in my broken router to Makro 13 Dec 2012 after owning it for only 2 months. (On a sign in the office it says that repairs can take up to 6 weeks). After no response by 14 Jan 2013, I phoned. The response was that the technicians were still closed up to 21 Jan 2013. I phoned again on 23 Jan 2013 and the lady said that they will find out what is going on and phone me.By 25 Jan 2013, I put in a complaint on Makro's site. After the complaint was submitted, I got a message that someone will phone me in 24 hrs. It is the 28th of January already. This is completely ridiculous. No service from either the technicians and from Makro. It has been OVER 6 weeks already whereas the so called technicians are still "having a look at it." And Makro does not even do a bit of effort on trying to solve the situation. Ridiculous, telling you, just RIDICULOUS. When will I get service and when will this problem be resolved?
