Repair of Defective Piece of Furniture

We purchased some furniture in July last year. One of the pieces, a 5 drawer chest, developed certain issues over time whereby the drawers would slip off the rails whilst still inside the cabinet. The problem worsened over time until we could not longer use any of the drawers. We contacted Decofurn Northriding late in June this year and reported the issue. We were told to bring the unit in for assessment but we said we couldn't because of its size. Taking it in would have required the hire of a trailer for the delivery. Fred then undertook to assess the chest onsite and did so a few days later. They promised to return with the relevant parts to repair the unit. The repair was carried out a few days later and we again have a fully functional chest. The team at Decofurn went the extra mile to resolve our issue and to accommodate our inability to take the unit in for the repair.
