A Fly in my flour!

I bought the big packet of cake flour to bake a cake on Sunday from Pick n Pay, William Nicol last week Thursday. When I opened it on Sunday there was a fly in the flour and it was still alive .. how on earth can this happen! I had to abort everything as i had no flour and off course the fly would have laid eggs in the flour. Totally disgusting!
