Waranty repairs on kelvinator dishwashe

After taking in my dishwasher for repairs at makro they adviced me that aplice appliance in vanderbijlpark is their contractor so after 2 weeks when tey still didn't contact me i contacted makro and they give me the contact details for aplice applaince.according to aplice appliance the only recieved the job card the 30th of july and it was repoted to makro on the 16th of july.well i am still waiting and i don't get any feedback from makro vaal or aplice appliance in vanderbijlpark today is already the 2 of september 2013 please can any body please help to resolve my problem
