Clearly business is so good we don't need more

My husband and I visited Game clearwater today desperate to purchase a new washing machine as ours just broke and we had both taken the afternoon off busy work schedules to get this done. We asked the salesman in appliances about a Samsung top loader on the floor advertised for R1985, to which he replied he had no stock. He refused to sell me the appliance on the floor saying it would be sent back to the warehouse. I asked for the manager, who was arrogant and unhelpful and said he won't sell me the floor model as it was for display for other customers, indifferent to the fact that I would pay full price. I am in disbelief that a store would turn away business and send me to spend my money at your opposition rather than sell me the floor model. The 'manager' didn't even offer to call another store for stock given I only had today to collect the appliance as no one is home this week for delivery. This type of attitude is going to loose this store lots of business.
