False Advertising - No stock available for special

I visited the Somerset West Game Branch today because I wanted to buy the Logik 5 Burner Gas Stove as currently advertised on the Game website and in their pamplet. I was met buy a sales person who told me that they do not have stock or a floor model. I wanted to see it because I wanted the exact size to see if it will fit into my kitchen. I complained about this and he called the store manager who told me that the warehouse don't even have stock. They then started to call other branches to find out if anyone have a floor model that I can go and have a look at and no luck. HOW IN THIS WORLD CAN GAME ADVERTISE A PRODUCT IF THEIR SUPPLIER DON'T EVEN HAVE STOCK OR IF THEY DON'T EVEN HAVE FLOOR MODELS TO SHOW CLIENTS?
I am EXTREMELY upset about this matter and plans to take it to the Consumer Protector. This is not the first time Game don't have stock of products they are advertising. I got a so called "Rain Check" but they can't even tell me exactly when they will have the stock, just that I will get a call. THIS IS THE WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER RECEIVED.
