Out of stock when advertised in pamphlet

I saw a vacuum cleaner advertised in the newspaper for Game. I checked the date and it was the correct week and still valid. On Saturday morning I went to the nearest branch to me where it was advertised and had no assistance in vacuum department when I arrived. I went the main desk and asked for assistance as I could not find or see the vacuum anywhere. Only 15 minutes later did the floor manager for the vacuums arrive after I asked for help. He could not explain why there were no vacuums on the floor being advertised and I showed him the pamphlet and he said it is not his fault. He was unhelpful and his attitude was disrespectful. I asked him to go look in the back if stock was avaliable. After waiting 20 minutes he returned and said he had no stock. I asked him to phone other branches. Another 10 minutes went by, and he said he phoned Lakeside and spoke to the floor manager in charge for vacuums ans said they have stock and he asked the man to keep one for me. I drove straight to Lakeside and when i got there the floor manager said he had received no phone call and I had to wait an hour and a half for them to fetch a vacuum from the warehouse after the manager fought with me.
