BAD/NO SERVICE!

On 17 Feb 2013 we ordered a "lazy susan" from Heinrich at Cedar Point during an exhibition they had at Woodlands Wall. On 21 Feb we made payment of R999 and forwarded the proof to his email. After this they packed up the exhibition and we never received the unit we ordered. After several emails, nobody replied. We never received any contact numbers from them. Around 18 June I called woodlands mall to find out if they can assit with contact numbers, they told me the same people is exhibiting in the mall. I went there the same day and spoke to Flip. He took down all my details and promised to call me back, which never happend. When I called on 20 June, he said someone collected the unit "on our behalf", which was strange, because we did not ask anyone to do so. On Saturday 29 June I went to Woodlands Mall again to see if I can find him, which i did. I spoke to Flip and requested to see who signed for the unit, when he responded as follows: "it was an older lady than yourself and she signed in a little book, which he no longer has, because the dog ate the book"... He once again promised to get back to me, which until today never happened. Could we please get what we paid for urgently!
