Laptop "liquid damage"

I got this laptop at game in the beginning of this year
within 2 months 2 keys came lose from the keybord, I spoke to a salesmen at game and he explained that it would take 3 weeks to be repaired.
about 2 months ago 1 key died" delete" then about 2 weeks later 2 more keys died "backspace" I decided to book the laptop in for repair after the left mouse button became unresponsive
the laptop was send for repair and about 10 days later I received a call from the tecnition that works on the laptop explaining that the hard drive is faulty and need to be replaced?? he then said that I would have to pay for the keybord as there is fisical damage on the keys. I refused as the keys should not just break when you use it, this is not my first laptop and this is the firs time this happens
last week I got a quote for the keypad now suddenly it is liquid damage??
I saw the pictures and?? if it is like they say liquid damage why then prepared to replace the hard drive and why would only 3 keys not respond I think this is a, I need my notebook yesterday as I need to send out my statements to customers to get paid
