Game Selling Old Laptops portraying them as "NEW"

I bought a laptop at GAME Stores Mthatha in December 2011. On the following year the laptop started to freeze whenever I'd go on-line and manifested a lot of problems that I could not fix, it would randomly switch off automatically when it felt like e.t.c I took it to the Game Stores at Somerset West Mall and it took them 2months for them to finally give me a new laptop to replace that one after a long time I stayed without a laptop visiting their store to get an update week after week. The laptop that I was given by them is just 4months old and already its manifesting problems, the Hard Drive seems to be old as my grandmother yet its 5months old and I want to take it back to them but I am scared that it will take them another 2months for them to fix it. What do I do?
