I brought my MAC book air 11 inch into iFix because my "a" key (and it seemed to be affecting my software) had stopped working. I was then told by a tech called Kagiso, that he needs to replace the WHOLE keyboard for R3000. i had no option because I need my laptop so I paid for it. A month later two keys had fallen out AGAIN, I was then told that the keys that were used were not original and therefore not compatible for MAC. When I contacted Kagiso he didn't bother replying until i called the manager. They then checked in my laptop again and replaced the keys that were not working, now for the third time the FN, Spacebar and other keys are lifting.
Ive sent 5 emails, tried calling leaving messages with no response. I was told a courier would collect my laptop that was the middle of December, I called last week and still NO ONE has called me back.
I will be contacting a lawyer because I feel like they have been very unprofessional and I feel as if they have treated my situation with no importance.
You better call me back because I have had it. I want my laptop fixed because i have waited long enough and it is pathetic.
