BLATANT, EMPTY PROMISES AND SARCASM!

On the 10th April I went to YDE Cresta to buy a pair of boots that the manager the day before said she would keep for me (one brown and one black pair). I went to the cashiers to collect the boots and they had kept an ENTIRELY different pair. The salesman (NMLANMLA) told me he was sorry and that they had just received new stock of the shoes I want, but couldn't open the boxes because they needed signatures first?? He encouraged me to buy a R350.00 voucher as I was going to Cape Town for the week and assured me that Cavendish branch would have them. They didn't.
I arrived back in JHB on the 21st April, went straight to the store and MNLANMLA said he called but my phone was off (untrue, and there was no voice message or notification), he then totally contradicted his "phone call" excuse to say that they never had the shoes I wanted in stock in the first place??? I told him I was going to Sandton YDE to make sure they didn't have the boots (they didn't either) and as I was walking out the store he said, "next time just answer your phone" with rolling eyes!

I am completely horrified YDE!
All I want is my money back & this salesman to be dealt with accordingly!
