My query took almost 3 weeks and still no positive respond. Edgars took very long to respond to online querries. Monday, 7 Oct, I called Edgars and speak to Joyce, she asked my nearest branch and my shoe size. She called back and told me that the shoe is in stock at Tygervalley and Canal Walk. I asked her to send it to Somerset Mall and she promise to call me back. Saturday I went to both stores (more than 100 km from my house). No boots were in stock. I called her Monday, 14 October and I explain to her the situation. She called me back and said that the boots is out of stock, but she would hear from other suppliers about stock. I still await her response. This is unacceptable. Canal Walk was dirty and no one knows their products and the staff was really not commited to sell anything to anyone.
