I went to Edgars Centurion on Saturday, waited in the long queue a the credit office to have some merchandised refunded only to be told by the supervisor that i could not have my transaction processed because i had too many items to exchange even thou all items were their new condition with swing tickets on. Almost fully 9 months pregnant, i was extremly frustrated that i had waited in the queue, had the cashier processed the transaction only to be told sorry this is the incorrect process. The superviosor was rude & loud enough to get attention from other customers. This was embarrassing. I requested to i speak to the store manager & was handed over to a department manager by the name of Khabonina. He took me to an office asked that i sit down & explain what happended. He was extremly empathetic & explained that the error was regreted & worked swiftly to resolve the matter. He was apologetic for the service that was rendered to me & promised to address the matter to ensure it is never repeated. I am very impressed with his attitude, commitment and professionalism to service delivery & resolving this matter. Thank you very much for making my day much better.
