I'm a fairly tall lady and a little big on the hips and I've Been shopping for a denim jacket for months. I finally found one at TRUWORTHS in Bayside Mall, Tableview. A week later I find that the stitching of the pockets is broken, unstitched, torn.
I went back to TRUWORTHS they did not have my size in stock BUT I was told to have another one I need to open an account with them and then I can order another one. I said I don't want to open an account is their not another solution. I asked if they have a seamstress they said no but they policy is that TRUWORTHS can give me a R20.00 towards me finding a seamstress and getting it fixed. They called other stores and only TRUWORTHS in Cape Town had BUT I had to go and collect it. This is really disappointing for me as all TRUWORTHS solutions to the problem was an inconvenience for me BUT a convenience for them. They were not even able to give a discount nothing and I am still sitting with a broken denim jacket that I paid R450.00 for On top of that the BAD SERVICE. I don't want to take the jacket back either as I have no guarentee of finding 1. What do I do please advise as I am so tired of poor service and at my wits end.
