Stuck with a lay-by that will not allow me to make

Lats year around winter, I went to take out a lay-by I had made and battled as there was a lay-by against my name which reflects as unpaid and after the cashier made several phone calls to your head office, I was able to get my stuff. Yesterday, 28 April 2013, I went to Foschini in Wonderpark and identified a couple of items which I wanted to lay-by. After standing in the long queue for sometime waiting for my turn, I was shocked to be met by the same situation where the very same lay-by is still showing in the system against my name and after the Cashier who assisted me made a call to your head office, she was told to send an email so that that lay-by can be cancelled. The Cashier then called the manager; Thabang who simply told her there is nothing they can do. I got a sense that there is absolutely lack of interest in resolving the matter from Foschini Wonderpark's side. If Thabang saw a need and urgency in resolving my matter, she could have asked for my details so that they could give me a ring back with regards to resolving this matter. I really need someone to to look into this matter and resolve it as soon as possible so that I can go ahead and make my lay-by.
