I went to the Edgars store, Bluff branch this afternoon to return 2 items. I waited in the returns and exchange queue for 15 minutes. There were 2 assistants there but one of them had to play the role of manager as well as she had to constantly leave her paypoint and assist the other cashier with passwords, which delayed made her task more difficult.
The manager came out from the back office, saw this long queue, di'd'nt' even bother to assist her assistants, to speed up the queue, but all she asks is "why are you taking so long""... She then walks out, and leaves her assistants in the lirch to fend for themselves.
After waiting a further 5 minutes, I finally get help and walk out of the store highly frustrated, and as i walk out, i see the manager standing OUTSIDE THE STORE, ADMIRING THE VIEW...
I was totally disgusted, and really wanted to give her a piece of my mind..

She does not qualify to be a manager of the store, as she does not have her fellow workers concerns at heart and least of all THE CUSTOMERS..

LET A MORE CAPABLE PERSON BE MANAGER
