More than a month - still waiting for orde

Sometime in mid May l purchased a pearl luggage case for cash which on delivery was damaged. I called Homechoice and they gave me the return procedure of their 14day home approval whereby l had to go to post office send the package to them and pay for it with my money. I rejected going through this process as l did not need home approval for the good as they got to me damaged, l ended up being put through to Anway Petersen on the 12th of June who promised me that in a few days l will receive my not damaged goods and they will at the same time collect the damaged package.

Since yesterday l think l have left more that 6 messages for Anway to call me back as l have not received my goods, l just got off the phone even right now at some instances the call center agents have cut me off and didn't have the decency to call me back when they have all my details. I have been a loyal customer to you who loves your products but it seems like every time l order l have to go through HelloPeter for you to rectify the problems l may have - so disappointing.

Please remove my details from your database you have just lost one loyal customer. I don't care if you don't replace the damaged goods
