Poor Service and bad quality of goods!

Purchased 2 lounge suites to the value of -R40000, in February 2013. I personally went to House & Home due to the lounge suite being damaged, which was in March 2013. I spoke to the lady who sold me the lounge suite who referred me to the lady dealing with all customer service queries. She advised me that they would send their guys to collect the pieces that were damaged. It was collected at the begining of April. The service received from Patience was excellent but the store and regional manager does not have the decency to contact me regarding the complaint. The managers now, expect me to pay for the damaged goods which i did not damage in the first place. This is not the first incident that ive experienced with House & Home regarding damaged goods! It seems as though this is a common trend from House & Home exploiting their customers! I was given a turn around time of 21 working days and to date, i have still not received the repaired or replacement goods! I refuse to pay for a manufacturers default!
