Late/No delivery (Always damaged)

I ordered on the 3rd December 13, till today still waiting for the goods to be delivered. What I dont understand is, goods must first to be. delivered from Boksburg to Kroonstand from Kroonstand to Bethlehem. Worse part when goods are received to Kroonstad are always damaged.

Now is the second time the goods been damaged on arrival to Kroonstad. I dont want them anymore, that is not quality. I try to call customer care, then they said will call me back, but still waiting for his call. I still even called today using my airtime, to vanderbijlpark branch today.
