Bad customer service to replace damaged goods

After having pricing issues with a lounge set from Aug 2012, I finally purchased it for cash at the beginning of Feb 2013. Really impressed with the quick delivery but then the drama started. we have so far been presented with 3 different lounge sets and every single one was damaged. Even the House & Home delivery guys took pictures of the damaged stuff.

I have phoned the store on a regular basis and struggle to get them to call me back with proper feedback. I only get told, "we are expecting another batch so we will sort you out then". After being made another empty promise and staff just being apathetic and not returning my calls. I am now requesting a full refund.

It has been 3 months now and we are still running arund in circles. Just come and fetch these goods and give me my money back so I can buy something from a store who can guarantee their product and has the decency to keep the customer informed of what is happening on a regular basis.

Very disappointing service from a supplier I use on a regular basis & will defnitely not spend another cent at this store if this is how they treat people.
