08/08/13 I wrote a report pertaining my order problems with Homechoice, I did not receive a satisfactory response from homchoice, anyway I ended up collecting the goods from centurion post office and some of the goods were damaged. I paid postal costs to return the goods which is 6.1L casserole with lid and 4.1 L skillet with lid, to my surprise when I collected the replacement from The Reeds post office I found goods totally different from the ones I returned, I found a 24CM Chefs Choice Casserole with lid (5.2L)-STD (2007) and 16 CM Chefs Choice Saucepan with lid (15L)-STD (2007). I'm really tired of homechoice I think that they are doing this because they have nothing to loose as I bought this goods cash before they were delivered. My last option is to hand this matter to my lawyers.
