Never recieve what they promisse

The Clicks group, the service you receive from there pharmacy is properly the worst in South Africa. I have deal with a lot of incompetent businesses in my life but this service is the worst. You will wait for hours in line to get service, it seems that they have all the time in the world. I spend two hours on the 19th at the Randfontein branch, I stood for about an hour in the queue, then the service was so bad I lost my temper more than once. The medication was not in stock but he promise us the medication will be there on the 20th at 12:00. I contacted the branch and that took me about 30 to 45 min before someone answer the phone, just to be inform that the medication was not there and now they cannot give me a date or a time when it will be there. I paid cash for the medication on a promise made by clicks, they now have the prescription and my money and the medicine is a matter of live and death.
I then phone there head office and once again no service, it is now 15:37 and I have no guarantee that I will receive what I paid for. Can I report them to the medical board just now some one pass on because of this none deliverables
