Worst Pharamasutical and client service

I hope that this complaint gets ATTENTION!!!

i have been receiving my chronic medication from Clicks Pharmacy for almost a year now. I have never seen such untrained pharmasists in my life! I was standing in the queue for almost an hour before reaching the front, then it took the person a half an hour to tell me"sorry but we are out of stock", not even proposing me the generic mediation for Illovex SR 75. Once asked that they give me my script they took another 30 minutes only to tell me that they cant find it. After falling sick because I could not get hold of my medicine I kept going till we traveled to Three Rivers, being certain that I will find my medication there for sure. Ironically enough when I finally reached the front the useless Pharamasist told me that they are out of stock!!! How ridiculous. When I requested him to phone the branch in Ellisras to get my script via fax, he absolutely refused to call them and proclaimed that he does not have their number!!! I then walked across the street to Dischem Pharmacy where the Pharmacist went out of her way to help me, she phoned every clicks in the area to find my medication. Clicks YOU useless.
