Endless probleme at Clicks pharmacy

During the week after the rain the water was dripping from the roof onto the medication, the staff responded it's not so bad (even though the medication got wet) you should see how they fixed the roof it can collapse at any moment.
If they don't lose your script (then you are unable to get your medication) they give you the wrong dose of medication for example 15mg instead of 7.5mg. This is unacceptable!! The one time they even charged me for medication but didn't give it to me I had to phone them and asked what was going on if I didn't they would have probable never corrected it. If you phone to tell them to get the you medicine ready for pick up they just ignore it and when you get there you have to go and stand in the row for about 1 hours (if there's only 2 people in from of you).
