Incorrect Chronic Medicine

On renewal of my chronic medication prescribed by my Psychiatrists I took the prescription note to Clicks Pharmacy as all my particulars is already captured on the system. The pharmacist (Johanna) took almost an hour to issue my medication, when finally received half of my meds as 3 of them were out of stock I suffered from a Manic depression strike. This resulted in realising that she gave me the incorrect dosages of my pills. How can a pharmacist not read a prescription or my particulars on the system??? This is unacceptable, is she trying to kill me! Action needs to be taken. If action is not taken I will report this to the medical board or which ever board or person caries responsibility. Chronic medication is not a joke, but it seems like Clicks think it is. You should really train your personnel and ensure their qualifications are of good standing. Thank you Yolandi Opperman for taking the time to ensure that I got all my correct medication. In my opinion you should be promoted as the pharmacist.
