Sour taste left in my mouth

I am logging this complaint as i am not impressed with the service i received yesterday from PNP Morningside. I approached the kiosk to pay for my items to my shock not even to be greeted by the cashier but to be told i don't have change! So im like? How is that my problem? Get off your chair and go get change... Anyway she continued to assist me with attitude while her and her friend whispered something in their language, she asked if i wanted a packet and i replied saying yes only for her to expect me to pack my groceries myself. I was horrified and asked her am i not a packer? So she reluctantly packed my stuff oozing attitude immediately called the manager and explained the situation to him who advised he will address it accordingly of which i hope he has. Thought i would bring this to your attention.
