No Manners and a Stinking Attitude

We had bought items from this store and we wanted to change them, we walked in the store, we were not greeted. We asked the cashier if we could exchange the items, she went and called her friend without telling us anything. She and her friend left us standing at the counter and went to the back to call their supervisor whom also did not bother to greet us. She then spoke to her cashier and told us that she will not be able to exchange the item as the tag was not attached to the pants. I then picked up the garment and showed her that the garment was still intact. We didnt get an apology as we took offence. She did not bother to explain the process to us but said she will keep my receipt. i the said to her no, we want our hard copy. At the end of it all we were not offered a new packet for our items and she didnt even bother to thank us for out patronage. Ladies at checkers or spar thank you for dropping by even if you came in to buy bread.
