Over charging me on a cellphone deal

I went to bears at carnival mall in brakpan to get me the 2X Blackberrys @R199, but when i applied for the dael they sed after they hafe tri to load it on the computer that i can get them for R466 pm because my interest rate hi and that is the deal the compute works out for them. i declined the deal and went to other Branch because that cant be right and they don't no how to work withe there own pc and system, compliment for brakpan Branch in voortreker st for reloading the deal for me and qualifying me for R199 over 36moths and loading insurens on for an total r255pm
