DONT SHOP AT MORKELS

I went into the Morkel's store in Durban, Corner of Aliwal street and West Street on Saturday morning (15/06/2013) at about 9:30 am to purchase two blackberry handsets. I was called by a sales consultant by the name of Siphiwe (Ernest) to say that I was approved for credit and that I should come in and purchase. I get to the store and my wife and I decided that we will like to have two 9320 blackberry's and we asked them to create the deal for us. While waiting I took a walk around the store and I noticed a Sony Hi - Fi that I liked, so I told the consultant that I don't want to purchase the hi fi but I will like to find out what will the monthly instalments be. He then took me to a lady by the name of Mellissa who was doing my cellphone deal. She told me that she will first do my cellphone deal on CRM and after that she will do a deal on CRM to give me a price on the hi fi. Without consulting me the lady Mellissa and the Consultant goes to the store manager and creates a deal together with the hi - fi and cellphones. She then comes back and advises me that my instalments will come to R750 pm and at that stage I got really angry because she did not ask me permission to do that and
