Vodacom
Vodacom will not uphold deal when they had no stoc

On Saturday 6th April I went into the CNA Fourways and asked for the Vodacom Top-up deal with a Blackberry 9320 for R149.00 per month on a 2yr contract. I was told by Rifilwe that they had no stock at the time but she would get on Monday and the deal would still be okay. She phoned on Monday afternoon to say she had stock and we arranged to collect on Tuesday. I went into the store on Tuesday morning with all the paperwork so she could get the application underway. At about midday she phoned to let me know that they would not honour the deal at R149.00 but it would now be R199.00.
I contacted Devin Chetty on 072 192 7524 and he assured me that within an hour it would be sorted out. I went to the store at 2pm but it was not done. After repeated calls to Devin he called the store to tell me to come back tomorrow (Wed) and it would be sorted out.
They are now refusing to honour the deal as originally stated and I have to take it at R199.00 After numerous calls and sms' to Devin I am still waiting for a response from him!!!
