Get the F*@K out of my store!!!

Good day

I was at the Northgate store on the 25th November and was purchasing some items and when I got to the pay point, the consultant at the pay point asked me which payment plan I was going to use 6 months or 12 months and I just asked her to use the one I had used for my last purchase as I could not remember which one i had used with my last purchase and she said she will check on my history what the last payment plan was and before she could do that the "store manager" came to her pay point and asked what was going on and the consultant explained to her and without the consultant even finishing the explanation she started shouting at me calling me names in front of other customers and telling me that "I am a pain in the and that I should get the F*@K out of her store because I am stupid and she wont deal with people like me."I was appalled by the behaviour of someone who is the store manager of a store that's under such a huge organisation... is that how Truworths H/O trains its staff to deal with the public, to shout and insult the customers who also pay their salaries because without us they wouldn't have any salaries. UTTER DISGRACE
