Terrible service

Good day,
I encountered the worst service at Morkels Secunda.
Last month I purchase a lounge suite (Couches) from Morkels Secunda, I received a deep freezer with this with as there was a special on.
I received the deep freezer at a quite reasonable time, but the couches never came!
When I went in store for the first time and spoke to the consultant she said there was more than enough stock, second time I when in to purchase the couches it was a Friday the sales lady said it would be delivered on the coming Thursday. I was okay with that and signed the agreement.
To cut a long story short I had been waiting for those couches for more than 3weeks, and I had already got rid of my previous couches at home so we had nothing in our lounge.
A bit of history:
No sales persons have been keeping my updated with the progress of my couches and when it will be delivered, I needed to call them every day and check (apparently they can't find the delivery note - 1st excuse) - I rarely even get to speak to the sales lady that helped me she is always out or busy with a customer.
After numerous attempts to try and speak to the sales lady I when into store to find the regional
