I bought a Wii U online on the 1st of June 2013. When phoning the call centre to hear when the product will be delivered (today is the 10th working day) I had the following responses: "it will be there in 3 days" that was on the 7th of June), "It is still in the warehouse", "We cant seem to find your order". It seems noone really knows what is going on. I would really appreciate it if someone could let me know the status of the order. I am based in Cape Town, would it is at all possible to arrange to pick up a console at a store?
