Hi CNA,

The situation:
We ordered a product online from you on the 1st of June 2013. You have now had our money for half a month and we have no product delivered, not a single follow up call or any solution has been given.

We phoned you call center about 10 times during this period to make sense of it all, this costs money! And from one person to the next we were given 10 different stories. "The product is still in the warehouse", "We can't pick up your order on the system", "It has been dispatched for same-day delivery" (Nope it wasn't, CourierIT confirmed they have not got any such delivery dispatched) and now again we are told it is in the warehouse. *Every single person who has told us they would phone back has NOT done so!

This is really pathetic service from CNA, that you can't even accurately track and give feedback on your customers orders. Sort this out NOW!!! I am beyond sick and tired of all this backwards and forwards nonsense you are putting us through. Find this order, pin point its location and get it to us like it should have been done several days ago.
