How can you do work like this!

On the 4th of September I ordered 3 ps3 games... the email received said that delivery takes within 2 - 10 days which I do understand. I phoned the call centre on the 5th to confirm the status of my order just to hear this lady telling me that packaging takes 7 - 10 working days... unbelievable! she was very rude! spoke to a male and he promised me that after I explained to him the only reason I bought online was because I know what your deliveries are like as I ordered a few times before as well and within 2 days it is delivered... he promised that he will speak to warehouse and that I will have my delivery on Friday... Friday came and it was the same story over and over again! So now we are on day 6 days (4 working days) since I placed my order... I phoned this morning and the person told me that he would get back to me after he has spoken to warehouse and that was about 3 hours ago! I will not be using online CNA again! I could have gone and bought the items in store but thought this would have been better as I needed this items on Saturday for a present for my fiance! Just to tell him Saturday that sorry I did not get your gifts as yet! This is not fair and the service sux
